MTZ Capital founder, Doug Rozzell, has over 30 years of commercial real estate finance experience. He most recently served as a Senior Vice President at Thomas D. Wood and Company and, previously, a Senior Vice President in the Capital Markets Unit with Jones Lang LaSalle. His responsibilities have included the origination, analysis, and placement of real estate debt and equity throughout the Southeast.

Inspired to offer more personalized service and attention to his clients in order to assist them in executing their respective business plans, Mr. Rozzell has formed MTZ Capital Corporation. Through this venture, he plans to use his knowledge and experience in an unfettered pursuit to meet his clients’ capital needs and exceed their expectations.
